Hi, I'm Steph Doyle, a Packaging Creative & Production Expert.

I have 20+ years of experience leading end-to-end packaging design, branding, and implementation across CPG, Pet, and Wellness industries. I bring together creative strategy and operational precision to deliver consumer-first packaging that scales across systems, formats, and global markets.

With deep expertise in packaging systems, sustainable innovation, and print production, I focus on solutions that drive brand impact and boost shelf velocity. I thrive in cross-functional environments and lead with calm, confident direction with executive stakeholders.

 

I'm currently the Director of Design & Implementation at HBX Branding and have been a guest on multiple podcasts, where I share my love and expertise in packaging design.

As a former NCAA DI soccer goalie and lifelong athlete, I bring a performance mindset to everything I do, anchored in teamwork, consistency, and time management. I now channel that competitive energy into Olympic weightlifting and recreational basketball. ​

 

In my free time, I’m usually in my garage gym or out on a walk with my family. I also can’t live without black coffee, Japanese sweet potatoes, or a live sports game.
