I have 20+ years of experience leading end-to-end packaging design, branding, and implementation across CPG, Pet, and Wellness industries. I bring together creative strategy and operational precision to deliver consumer-first packaging that scales across systems, formats, and global markets.

With deep expertise in packaging systems, sustainable innovation, and print production, I focus on solutions that drive brand impact and boost shelf velocity. I thrive in cross-functional environments and lead with calm, confident direction with executive stakeholders.

As a former Division I soccer goalie and lifelong athlete, I bring a performance mindset to everything I do—anchored in teamwork, consistency, and time management. I now channel that competitive energy into Olympic weightlifting where I compete locally and nationally. ​

In my spare time, you can find me working out in my garage gym (it's pretty legit!), going for walks with my family or playing with my pets. I also couldn't live without coffee, Japanese sweet potatoes, and watching sports.
