CHALLENGE
When Caulipower unveiled their redesigned brand architecture, they needed more than just updated artwork—they needed a trusted partner to translate the new system consistently across 17 SKUs while managing the technical demands of production.
SOLUTION
My role was to bridge the creative vision with flawless execution. I collaborated closely with Caulipower’s internal creative team to align on budgets, timing, and priorities, and led weekly cross-functional meetings with both their team and external vendors to keep the process running smoothly. From photo retouching every variety to preparing mechanicals with multiple printing methods and substrates in mind, I ensured every detail was production-ready. I also facilitated pre-production meetings, selected spot colors, reviewed drawdowns and proofs, and attended press checks to uphold quality from concept to shelf.
