CHALLENGE

Schuman Cheese, a leader in the global cheese industry, set out to launch Delve—a first-of-its-kind mascarpone-based cheese dip. This breakthrough innovation required a distinct positioning strategy to introduce it to a market eager for fresh, exciting options across both retail and club channels.


SOLUTION

The brand identity and packaging were designed to be vibrant and energetic, capturing the joy of discovery right down to a smiling ‘e’. To ensure flawless execution, I oversaw adaptation across multiple formats and printing techniques, safeguarding brand integrity, color accuracy, and quality control. My role extended to managing vendor relationships, coordinating drawdowns, reviewing proofs, and providing on-site production approvals, ensuring consistency and impact at every touchpoint.
